INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Numéro Hors Série offers UPS International and Domestic shipping(France).

In South Korea, we offer free postal shipping.

We are currently offering free shipping as part of a special promotion.

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days except holidays and weekends when all items are available.

For UPS Domestic shipping, Delivery is typically between 2 to 5 business days.

For UPS International shipping, Delivery is typically between 5 to 10 business days but the delivery times vary depending on the origin and destination countries. So we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential unexpected shipping delays during transit.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order is in transit.

DUTY & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are calculated according to the relevant regulations of your country. So please check with customs office of your country.

Please pay the import duties and taxes within 7–14 days  of the arrival of the goods at the UPS center of your country for final delivery.

RETURN

Returns can be accepted within 14 business days after delivery of the package.

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

- The items must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

- The items must be in perfect condition (It may not be worn, used, washed or damaged.)

Numéro Hors Série reserves the right to reject any items for return that do not meet the above requirements.
